Hi, I’m Angelique
your fractional operating
partner.
15+ years inside the messy middle of growing businesses. I’m neurodivergent, neurospicy-friendly, and endlessly curious, which is exactly why I’m good at spotting the systems that are quietly draining founders and rebuilding them into something calmer.
The story behind JadelyIQ.
I started JadelyIQ in May 2025, during one of the most pivotal seasons of my life.
My daughter, Emberly, was about a year and a half old. I was still figuring out motherhood, rebuilding parts of myself I hadn't even realized needed rebuilding, and learning how much differently my brain actually worked after being diagnosed with ADHD later in life.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I became very clear about the kind of company I wanted to build.
JadelyIQ was never supposed to be about helping founders cram more work into their days.
I wanted to help people build businesses they didn't have to recover from.
Businesses with strong systems, thoughtful operations, healthy teams, and enough structure that the person at the center of it could actually breathe. I wanted founders to be able to step away from their laptop without everything falling apart, spend time with the people they love, make decisions without constantly operating in crisis mode, and build something meaningful without becoming a slave to it.
Because your business affects far more people than the names on your client list.
The way you lead affects your employees. The way your employees feel at work follows them home. It affects their families, their relationships, their health, their confidence, and eventually the communities they live in.
That means leadership comes with responsibility.
I believe good leaders create environments where people can do great work without sacrificing themselves to do it. They create opportunities, stability, growth, and workplaces that send people back into the world better than they arrived.
And I believe businesses can be both profitable and deeply human.
That's also why nervous system regulation has become such an important part of how I think about operations.
You can have the perfect CRM, the most sophisticated automation, a beautiful dashboard, and an airtight SOP library, but if you're constantly overwhelmed, reactive, exhausted, and operating from stress, eventually every decision starts happening from survival mode.
Sustainable growth requires more than better software.
It requires clarity. Capacity. Boundaries. Trustworthy systems. Healthy leadership. And an environment where your nervous system doesn't have to treat Tuesday morning like an emergency.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of operations, systems, AI, automation, leadership, and the very human reality of running a company.
I help founders take everything that has become tangled, manual, founder-dependent, or unnecessarily stressful and redesign it into a business that can support the life they're actually trying to create.
Because the goal isn't just to build a successful company.
It's to build something that creates opportunity, strengthens communities, gives people room to thrive, and still leaves you enough of yourself to enjoy the life you worked so hard to build.
Built for businesses that have grown beyond their original structure.
You built something that works. People are buying. The team is growing. There is real demand.
But the business still depends too heavily on you.
Too many decisions live in your head. Too much work moves manually between people and platforms. Your team is capable, but the infrastructure underneath them has not caught up with the company you have become.
This is the stage where growth can either become more sustainable or significantly more exhausting.
JadelyIQ helps you build the structure for what comes next.
You're probably here if...
- You have an established service business with consistent customers and proven demand.
- Your team has grown, but responsibilities, processes, or communication still feel unclear.
- Important workflows depend on people remembering what happens next.
- You are using multiple tools that do not communicate with each other well.
- Administrative work, follow-up, reporting, or data entry is eating up valuable time.
- You do not have a clear view of capacity, delivery, pipeline, or what needs attention.
- Too many decisions still come back to you before anything can move forward.
- You know the business needs better systems, but you do not have the time or internal expertise to architect them yourself.
Better infrastructure should make your business feel feel lighter.
Growth does not need more tools for the sake of having more tools. It needs clearer processes, better decisions, and systems designed around the way your business actually works.
Systems Reduce Load
Good systems remove unnecessary decisions, handoffs, and mental clutter so the business does not have to live in your head.
Tech Serves Process
We do not force your business into software. We define the process first, then build the technology around it.
Clarity Before Automation
Automation should make a clear process faster, not make a confusing process harder to untangle.
AI Has a Job
AI should have a specific role, clear boundaries, and a measurable purpose.
Software does not solve operational ambiguity.
Design the process first. Build the technology around it.
We are not trying to automate everything. We create the right structure, simplify what can be simplified, and use technology where it genuinely reduces workload, stress, and founder dependence.
Strategy with a nervous system attached.
Operations Strategy
Untangling the chaos and designing how the business should actually run.
Systems & AI
CRM, automation, and AI workflows built to hold the operation, not add to it.
Nervous System-Informed Coaching
Helping founders regulate first, so the strategy actually sticks.
Neuro-Affirming Design
Building processes that work with your brain, not against it.
Ops with soul, not shame.
I built JadelyIQ because I believe founders can grow a business without sacrificing their capacity, their brain, or their peace. Every system I design starts with that belief.
Heal the nervous system first
Burnout isn't a productivity problem. We slow down enough to see what's actually driving the overwhelm before we fix anything.
Stay endlessly curious
I love learning new tools, new frameworks, new ways to make operations feel lighter, and I bring that curiosity straight to your business.
Build it together
The best outcomes come from collaboration, not a deck handed down from on high. You know your business. I know how to structure it.
No shame, no guilt
Reclaiming your time is not a luxury. Founders deserve to build systems that give their time back without apologizing for needing it.
Ready to build a business that works better for you, too?
You did not build your company just to become the person holding every piece of it together.
JadelyIQ helps you create the structure, systems, and support your business needs to grow without requiring more of your time, energy, or nervous system to keep it running.
Build what comes next without burning yourself out getting there.
